DANIEL SEBABI, FOUNDER

Sebadan Orphanage Center started  in 2015 by a Christian professional teacher and photographer Mr. Daniel Sebabi.

His interest in taking care of young children came  after discovering the increasing number of orphans in his home district Mubende, Uganda. The number of the orphans had started increasing due to the  increase in death rate  of parents caused by  HIV, road accidents and when the kids were left in a miserable life at an early age with no food, accommodation, access to safe and clean water, clothing, improved medical care and education fees. Their age  range from 2 1/2 to 13 years currently.

All kids at this orphanage center almost have the same troubled background. However, God has used Daniel to share the little he has with these kids and he has been able to put a smile on their faces and instill hope in them.

Daniel started with only four kids, 3 girls and a boy, however, this number later increased up to 19 kids, the current number he is taking care of.

In taking care of the first 4 kids, he used part of his teaching salary and the little he earned from taking photographs and later he started small projects like growing of cabbage, tomatoes, corn and beans in order to supplement on the teaching salary and photograph earnings.

Up to date these projects are still standing on a seasonal basis and they have really contributed much to looking after the kids. However, the money collected is insufficient to support the current cumulative number of kids he is  taking care of.

Therefore, we welcome whoever has a  loving heart and able to donate or sponsor these kids. They also deserve a better life just like other happy kids in the world.

"Every bit of help counts, save a child to save life''

Thank you and God bless you.

Meet Daniel: Welcome
